- Choose the resident – All residents from EMAR automatically populate, so the right information is just one click away.
- Automatic data entry – Resident details (like height, weight, and other medical information) are pre-filled and sent directly to the rental company, eliminating hours of manual typing.
- Pick a category – Select the equipment type you need. Options appear just like a regular order, but tailored to rental availability.
- See what’s available – We are set up with all the vendors in your area, whether it’s a small shop or a large company. Larger rental providers have integrations with Platform Solutions that display real-time stock updates, but we can provide for any rental companies that you work with.
- Track costs easily – Pricing is displayed clearly before you order.
- Stay in control – All rentals are tracked in the Current Rentals tab. When you’re finished with an item, simply click Close Out Rental and the vendor is notified automatically to pick up the item.
